2. Personal data we process
We only collect the data we need to operate the site and respond to your inquiries:
- Contact form: name, work email, company, primary cloud, and the message you send us.
- Technical browsing data: IP address, user agent, pages visited, and referrer — processed in aggregate by Vercel Web Analytics through a daily hash, with no cookies or persistent identifiers.
- Server logs: technical metadata automatically generated by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and operational continuity.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Respond to your contact request and schedule the diagnostic. Basis: the data subject's consent and pre-contractual measures taken at their request.
- Operate, secure, and improve the site. Basis: the controller's legitimate interest in keeping the site functional, secure, and measurable.
We do not use your data for profiling or for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
The site does not set any first-party cookies or third-party advertising cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures visits anonymously via a daily hash of the IP address and user agent, with no cookies or local browser storage. Our hosting provider may issue strictly technical cookies (for example, for attack protection), which are necessary for site operation and, by their nature, do not require prior consent.
5. International transfers
To deliver the service we use data processors located outside Chile:
- Vercel Inc. (United States) — site hosting and analytics.
- Resend, Inc. (United States) — transactional email delivery for the contact form.
These providers act under Transversal's instructions and apply reasonable security measures to protect your data. By submitting the form, you consent to this international transfer on the terms described here.
6. Retention
- Contact form data: for the commercial lifecycle of the inquiry and up to 24 months after the last contact, unless the relationship continues.
- Analytics data: aggregated, with no reasonable means of re-identification.
- Hosting technical logs: in accordance with our provider's technical retention periods.
7. Your rights
As a data subject you may, at any time and free of charge, exercise your rights to:
- Access your data.
- Rectify inaccurate or outdated data.
- Erase (cancel) data that is no longer necessary.
- Object to processing on legitimate grounds.
- Temporarily block the processing.
- Port the data you have provided to us.
To exercise these rights, email info@itransversal.cl from the address associated with your data or include a copy of your government-issued ID. We will respond within the legally applicable timeframes.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration: encryption in transit (TLS), role-based access control, and secure development practices.
9. Minors
The site is intended for professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 14 years of age.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The last-updated date is indicated at the top of the document.
11. Applicable law
This policy is governed by Chile's Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and, once in force, by Law No. 21,719 regulating the protection and processing of personal data.
